What to expect when you service your
vehicle at DCH Brunswick Toyota / Scion

We know that you have many choices as to where to service your vehicle and we certainly appreciate your loyalty for choosing DCH Brunswick Toyota. It is our goal to constantly strive to improve the level of quality service, to all of our customers, year after year.

We have implemented an "on-time" reservation process, which means, you will be setting a reservation time to have your vehicle serviced. This reservation will be your allotted time to meet with your Service Advisor to discuss your vehicle's requirements, and not necessarily the time your vehicle is brought into our shop. Should you need to wait for your vehicle, please advise our Reservation Specialist when making your reservation that you need to wait. Although many waiting reservations are available, they fill up rapidly. Please provide us as much advanced notice as possible to accommodate your needs.

As always, in the event of emergencies, we will accommodate you without a reservation as best we can. We are still offering our very popular "Toyota Express Lube" service in 29 minutes or less or the "next oil and filter change is free".

We will also be performing the "DCH Experience" walk around inspection of your vehicle when you arrive for your reservation. This walk around, ensures that we at DCH Brunswick Toyota are thoroughly inspecting your Toyota to ensure worry free driving. We will also be providing you with a copy of our Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection form which outlines all of the points of your vehicle that we will be inspecting for you at no charge.

Additionally, we will advise you of the Toyota factory recommended maintenance as well as the recommended maintenance necessary for the tri-state area and finally, we will also provide you with your own copy of the Maintenance Menu for you to keep and refer to as necessary.
